I usually use ASC4617 for the front height. I use Xray303131, 303132 and 303133 for fine tuning...
For the rear I use ASC4351 mostly, I also use CRC3383. |
I use smrtt7005.
That works in most conditions. |

Kelly, Norcal has all the ride height pills and spacers on the wall!!!! You kind of have to try them out according to your tire mm!
This is why I was asking for the AE full set part # but apparently they just make the individual one's now. Just trying to avoid going around and asking racers if they have spares...lol Thanks for telling me they have the seperate one's though :D Thank you for everyone's answers :D |

quick question.. was looking at my 5.1 and thought the rear axel wasnt centered right. quick measurement says the outside of the wheel is .5mm off from center.
the manual isnt that clear, but are you supposed to put 4 shims on both sides of the rear axle? |

Looking at the setup sheets I noticed none of the drivers mark what castor they are using does that mean everybody uses the standard castor which I believe is the 10.5° on the bulk heads.
Also on the setup sheet it says t plate used, but in the manual I cannot find anywhere where a t plate is used. |

Upper arm mounts(reactive caster) 10-5-0 degrees and the drawing below is caster: 1.80-3.25-6.15. Cars now use side links instead of t-bars. Im not alloved to post links here, but if you back go to page 234 in this thread, there is a link posted by Rich Howart on a current set-up. Here he use 10 deg upper arm mount(reactive caster) and caster 3.25 deg, the std settings. On page 236 setting attachment by masterhit: 5 deg UAM & caster 6.15. HTH:) |
Think i was rolling 180 almost. Oh well another lesson in rebuilding your car when you buy it used ha.
Little tricky to measure with calipers. I just took a ruler, sharp pencil and paper to make a grid. |
