It seems there are two different cars on the market under the name S120. The difference is pretty big between the two: the servo positioning is different, one fits with Futaba and KO servos, one does not. Also one kit has got 3 and 9 degree caster blocks the other has not. The rear axle is also different. The T-plate is different. I think it is pretty difficult to know what kit you will receive if you order the car.
Regarding the servo position: it is clear that there are at least two different servo mounting sizes on the market. Serpent now changed the hole position to fit for Futaba. I think they should have left the hole where it was and should give two different servo mounts with the kit or give one servo mount which is adjustable.
However, I still think it is a good car.

Practically these are only 2 different combos, two for left and two for right, but in reality it gives only 1 for left and 1 for right as you can not mix the post of left and right.

ok, but i don't see a good fix for the servo installation. as you can see below the holes are not right for a 3650. i didn't show it but the holes are symmetric so flipping the servo doesn't help. drilling new holes seems like a bad idea because of the proximity to current set.

we have bought 3 kits of the new badge S120
and already have some problems
like said in previous posts, the king-pins
even with asso balls in the lower arm the king pins are not going in them
i have dremeled the KP to 3,06 in combination with asso balls and seems to work perfectly now
in one kit there is a problem with the alu rear pod
on the left side (where you put in the ride height spacer) the hole is a litlle oval and the ride height spacer can not fit in it, i'm talking about 1 mm, but for a kit like this, it's imposible to get this in your hands
horizontal is 22,30 mm
vertical is 21,75
looks like the pod have had a crash in the factory
the pivot ball mounts (plastic) on the T-bars with the poor 2 screw mount is not preciese, and in combination with the T-bars design for mounting this, the T-bar is more breakeble than any other tbar, why they didn'd choose for an asso (4 screw) disign here?
for the servo mounts, i'm still building, but i have only KO 949 and 951 servo's, so i hope that they are centered
overall the car looks great
but i'm curious what's it gonna be at the track
at this moment i'm driving hotbodies cars, they haven't got that look, but they never let me down in a race
i hope i can exept the same from serpent

the mounting post create the angle, there is no way to change it. my mental geometry engine can't predict the effect but the ackerman would somehow be effected.

avs, the way I mounted my servo is without the servo mounts. My servo has ears on the side that allow you to mount it virticle or horizontal. To get more or less ackerman I slide the servo up or back depending on what I'm looking to do. I will take a picture and post it later.

2 with holes offset left
2 with holes offset right
1 right one left
1 left one right.
They will give 4 different width between posts and 2 different positions of the servo related to the centerline.
Combined with the fact that you can make the post more narrow (although I agree that shouldn't really be needed) must create one set that gets things pretty close.

you'll need to put spacers between the steering arm and the ball to get the steering links to at least a horizontal position.
