Yeah I think the E4 derived many of it's design elements from nitro cars.

Why don't we go back to a latitudal battery layout instead of longitudinal. Like a TL-01 or TA-03. That would easily solve a lot of issues.

I mounted the Carbon from Orion in my T1 with the stick pack mounting add ons....... It takes the pack and mounted it transverse under the belts...
This worked out really well for balance....and wieght was under the 1525g mark... I did end up adding lead to bring it up to the local track's spec. But before and after it still reacted well with no balance problems.
If a transverse design was adapted it could work.....
