I am going to be getting some new option parts for my M03, just wondered what people think of these parts and if they are worth going for??

I am racing indoors on carpet, with HPI 20t saturn motor

Tamiya Roll Bar kit? Is this needed on carpet??

HT servo saver, I think the std one is too weak??

3 Racing shocks, I have the clear plastic ones and the pistons dont fit in the shock body well.

Ball Diff, again not sure if this will give much benefit? Dont know what one to go for 3 racing ver 2, TA03, M05 one?

Sorry for all the questions!!

Could you suggest a brushless system for my M03. I know the hobbywing's are popular I just don't know which one to get.

Thanks

35Amp Speedy - 13T motor. They come as a combo

Its the only system we allow out here in Australia for our Mini Class.

italianjonny,

If you don't mind the larger wheelwells, I've used the Tamiya LWB Mercedes SLK on an M05. I think there are other bodies as well (BMW, Honda S2000) that were designed for the M04 that you can try on and M05 if you can find them.

Good luck.

Default fake IP stickpack lipo??

Is the blue one fake??? It does charge to 4000maH.
I think the red one is legit.
Both are plastic cased, the blue ones case is alot thinner.
Neither hardcase is anywhere near as thick as a lipo flatpack, the blue ones case is really thin (hardly a hardcase lipo)

Both are legit IP lipos. The blue is not a hadcase just designed as a budget lipo where budget backyard racers need a lipo

Thanks for the info.
I just re-read the description.
"HARD-TUBE", (not hard case), at bit misleading.Nothing hard about that tube enclose.
It should be OK I guess. its fairly well protected when inside the mini chassis.

Default Velineon 3500KV compatibility

Hi guys. I just got a Velineon 3500kv given by a friend who is getting out of RC because he has no time anymore. Can I use this in my M05 with everything stock? If this is okay can you suggest an ESC to go with it? This motor has a current rating of 65A continous and 100A Peak/Burst. Thanks. Edwin

It's a colt yaris body.
I redid the windows and made custom stickers for the grill and lights to turn it into a Fiesta.
