Yep, just follow the instructions on the link in the japanese site for the rally block tires. Did 1 set for mine, its real simple to do and holds up pretty well.
And yes, that is one of the best looking mini body out there.

That is pretty cool alright. Too bad there's no offroad track near my area. But I wonder how many chassis this guy goes through. That shock tower easily cracks where you have the ball connectors. The impact in a jump is a sure breaker.

Hi F1Larry - Cool. I think that's the Tamiya Eunos (Miata) Roadster.
Carl Giordano - The Rover Mini-Cooper is currently available without the rally gear. As to interiors, I think the original issue Monte Carlo Mini had one? (Tamiya M01). You might have to do some modifications to commercially available interior decks (shallow cockpit with a driver figure / navigator molded in place). I believe HPI and Parma has them. If you want something more detailed, you'll probably going to have to build one:

Hi racenut,
Yes, it is. Tamiya no. 50795 Rover Mini Cooper Racing bodyshell. It's not the 1/12th scale Tamiya static plastic kit although I wish I had that kit to take scale measurements off of! As it is, I'm just eyeballing everything from some crude photos that I managed to find on-line.
