I wondered about their planning.
Successor may not be welcomed by everybody
because M03s have high versatility, its substitute is very difficult.

But I have heard also that last year M03s were most sold in their nine years history.
So,I think Tamiya will not run a risk.
Their business opportunity seems to continue for the time being.

I heard similar to Grahoo. The cars are selling more and more and more. And the amount of aftermarket parts is increasing each week.

So why would Tamiya do a new one? For them it would make no business sense at all.

For sure all we'll get are new bodyshells on top of the same chassis. Maybe (finally) even something else than the Swift on the M chassis? I think that would be welcomed by all.

is the actual text.

Interesting that they've seen fit to specify a minimum weight now as well. Lots of lead weight sales be happening I think.

In our experience a Lipo equipped mini needs at least 120gms added to make it handle properly again.

I'd say this is a way to appease the LiPo folks BUT in the typical TCS heat length the Lipos won't get to the "advantage" part of the cycle re: voltage so I'd say NiMH will still rule...provided a minimum weight standard is instituted. What's that? Oh...never mind

After checking for stock with dinball, i was told the spring set has been discontinued. Would not mind the white spring set that come with the M03-R though, I need some for my TRF shocks.

This is a great rumor,OP-333 is not discountinued and the Mini CVA`s are not either. Dinball and Tamiya USA are not good places to get info. You can still buy hop ups for the M01 chassis.Bet you dont see those on Tamiya USA.
Jason Reid sells above list price in case you guys didnt know. List price +U.S. dollar exchange rate. Most places give at least 10% off list, RC Champ is around 15%. JR-RC isnt a very good place to buy from at all.
