Are you sure? The label said 225mm wheelbase. I dont know of any 190 touring car that has that wheelbase. I do recall hpi making 3 bodies for their mini; cooper, civic, and a roadster. Not sure if it was an s2000.

I ran touring car tires before at ps1 track. Advantage is you gain a lot of speed at the expense of more chances of barrel roll. I went for hard compound with soft inserts to prevent rolling.
This is my mini with touring car tires Just raise the body

you guys have a better idea how to use a carbon lipo with the mo3? I had to run my wires from below since the battery ports are covered if on top. A bit scary the wires might scrape the ground.

Both Tony P and myself got the complete kit this time. Mainly because we could.....

At this stage they dont have just the body available yet, although I'm sure that wont be long now.

I have some surfboards off an old HPI VW Kombi, I'm sure they can be pressed into service here as well!

It really is a nice body though - exceptional quality.

Was it shipped by EMS, postal or door to door? I'm weary of online orders due to "lost" item in the post office.

EMS, I'm not a patient man when it comes to new toys. So I pay the extra cash.

And I've never lost a thing in over 20 years of online ordering - ever.

Its not their side that I'm worried about. Its my side where things get "lost" or heavily taxed.

I'm guessing you're using the quick release battery holder. You can't. Put one of the stock plastic body pin type ones on the side where the wires are. You'll have to trim the area where the holder makes a 90 degree bend to give the battery more length room.
If you're having rolling over problems using the Lipo its because the battery is too light. The minis need the extra weight to keep it stable.
