Hadn't you heard? It's in the required arsenal of all Illinois drivers.

Default a letter & double # height

I pocked up a HPI Carmaro which has the white disc for number. The one that HPI has for you is the number 3 and the number I would like to put on is "x33" in the white disc. I read somewheres in the rules about 2 numbers but what about the number "x33"?

Thanks for any help.

I haven't really seen any pictures of letter/number combos on the real cars, but since this is about fun, I'd say go for it. There's a few guys around here running 3 number combos (187, 312), which they never did, either.

No numbers rules at all... just have one on each side of the car, and if you can, one on the hood and trunklid. Run whatever you like.

For the Nationals, we will have custom USVTA numbers (meatballs) made up for each racer, so it will add to the realism and interesting nature of this class.

That's NOT TRUE!
The point of this class is that EVERYONE can compete and have fun. At this race, it's not about winning, but it's about racing, having a good time and getting to really enjoy a fantastic new class that we have all been very excited to see grow at a rapid rate. We have racers entered with ALL experience and talent levels, all different aged cars and equipment of all vintages. There are 12 year old kids entered, and racers who haven't wheeled a car in 15 years! Don't be scared away, this is a chance for you to race and compete in a very unique event.

There is no need to feel like you don't belong because the title of the race has a "Nationals" in it. We'd be lucky to have you attend and participate in what promises to be a really wonderful R/C gathering.

Also, only 7 spots left now... don't get caught on the outside looking in!

Doug,

I thought I would pop in here quickly to tell you I'm finally going to be running Trans-Am this weekend for our state series.

No I mean this weekend coming up.

Current weekend if more than 50% over, so this weekend is obsolete
