even sanded...you can still see the carbon fiber weave...

in the video...looks like a very very cold race day....all the racers were in jacket, gloves and caps.

That is currently a limited release part in Asia, 31419. I just got one from Japan. Retail at 3000yen. And it's selling really fast in Japan. Some other asian countries don't seems to be able to get any stock. Seriously, it looks much better then the Jet ones. But if you are not too bothered by the looks, then go for the Jet ones, they are less then half the price of the HPI ones.

For those who want to see how Atsushi Hara TQ at the Japanese track, take a look on this very recent JMRCA video...against the very best Masami, Surikarn and of course, Hara's teammate Daisuke...........

However, Masami did proved he is still the GOD in RC (at least in Japan)....and took over the overall win. I think Hara crashed on his 3rd heat.

P.S.........the race are 8 minutes long, I think these are Stock rubber instead of MOD.

The most recent JMRCA 190mm electric TC Heat #1.....

I'm pretty sure that was 19 turn. They were too fast for stock, and the race lasted too long for mod.

No, it says on rczone.net that they are running 9 and 10 turn motors. They are probably not ripping on it real hard at all, driving it more like a 12th scale...probably even smoother.

From the look and sound of the video I would also say they were running Mod motors.
