Yes, you are right HPI and HOTBODIES are the same company but Knowing HPI, And dealing directly with HPI when I was working for the Hobbyshop in the city, I won't be surprised if they drop a PRO kit sometime this year or the beginning of next year... HPI is funny like that...

To me it seems there is a lack of abundant stocks of cyclone spares. It makes me wonder about the ability of the HPI/HB factories to ramp up for another car.

Only thing someone is going to lose or should I say "have lost" is a sense of reality. I know as you sit at home, tapping and pecking away, you pray that you eek by with you piddly squat lil posts, staying under the radar to avoid my wrath. But, talk is cheap and bullshit runs a marathon. I will scorch you and that is that.

wouldn't the PRO kit of the PRO4 be the HARA/2005 edition?

It is. But, since Hara migrated over to Hot Bodies, no official driver at HPI has raced an official HPI car. Until they drop a gem on them, no one will associate the "racing" in their "HPI racing" name.

Bxpitbull is beyond happy with his PRO4. We worked on his PRO4 friday nite, but he don't get to test it until he got home. We all know now that he is very happy.
