Hope you can...battery slot prep is where I always seem to screw up. That's one thing I like about the 12L4 setup with the plastic inserts...no sanding to screw up and no worries about shorting a battery.

the servo mounts will be sold seperately and will fit any car.i will post some pics of them this week.

i will see what i can do about the cell slots.if worst comes to worst i will make them wider so it will only require a small edge break to seat the cells properly.

Maybe a more expensive car option with a beveled chassis or an aftermarket upgrade chassis? Personally I'd still prefer the more narrow slots because the beveled edge will be bigger. I find with chassis where I only have to just knock off the edge I still have problems with the chassis cutting the cell heat shrink.

Jason,
Will there be anything in the kit to hold the batteries in different positions (forward or back) in the battery slots?

Thanks,

the majority of the testing has been done with the retention belt for the battery.we dont really find it necesary to run the tape.this is why i chose not to do the recess pocket under the cells.

all the pre orders will be shipping at the same time.the list is pretty big but we will be able to cover it.parts and kit availability is going to be very good from here on out

Jason.....I think there was some talk in the past about moving the motor side pod plate out closer to the diff so the car will balance better with a Brushless motor. Is this something you have done on the kits or something that you dont feel is needed? The car looks great.....
