Anybody knows where to get a 8/32 tapper? Haven't seen in hobby shops and as I'm living in the metric part of the world, the hardware stores are not stocking them as well.

I have the new silva center shock, and I am having problems with it. First I couldn't seem to build it without it getting air in it or sounding squishy. I mentioned that on this thread and got some building tips that seemed to work. But after a day of racing it makes that squishy noise until I rebuild it again, and then it is fine until I race again. Any help would be appreciated. I am currently looking to replace it with another shock. Will the nickel teflon macro shock (part #DB3060) work on the DB12RR or is that for the 1/10th scale pan car?

They are about the same. I am going to be looking into making some optional pistons for the silva shock. Try running 60 wt oil in the shock. I ran 35 wt when i 1st got it and it seemed to develope some air bubbles. With the piston having holes in it, it makes the shock need alot heavier oil to have the same feel as an IRS of VSC shock.

45 wt. is going to be too light for most conditions. 50-60 wt. is going to be around 30-35 in the IRS shock. 45 is going to be more like 20-25 wt.
