Is there going to be a special website for the ordering of the DB12R, or is it the BMI site?

will do shook.your package went out today

the aluminum components are now complete and out for anodize.everything is still going to plan.i am really surprised being this far into it. i took the time to put a pod on my car and take a pic.this is what the production car will be minus the servo and adding the damper tubes.i took the tubes off and left them at home the only other difference is that the production car will be anodized gun metal grey

hey guys,i wanted to let you guys know that i decided to go with titanium turnbuckles that have 3mm threads instead of 4-40.i did this because it is a tighter fit and more holding force in the ball cup.there is less of a chance for your toe adjustment to change under a good crash.

darnold,
Jason's car came to use with his asphalt setup on the car. We drove it like that for the first run and it wasn't bad. By the end of the night we had put 35wt oil in the shock, changed the spring to blue, went from 10 degree caster blocks to 5 degree and set the caster at 4 degrees. The car was effortless to drive and fast.

Jason,

Your car is pretty darn sweet, looks like I will be ordering one soon. Are you including tires with the car, I would guess no but it doesn't hurt to make sure.

whats up? I just wanted to clarify the set up. I was driving the car and what we did was go to 4deg. castor because of how tight the track was. This track has low speed turns but high bite. The blue spring was to help it rotate center and exit of turn. For a larger track start with a softer spring that will take the aggression out of the front end. Oh IRS #3 sure lube in the tubes. Good Luck!!!

thanks steve,

i decided not to include tires being that i dont really know what surface it will run on.i didnt want to increase the cost and have some guys have to throw away the tires because they are not right for the surface they run on.
