Wow... Now when I hit something it will leave a nice dent!!!!

Hey wait a minute... The axle won't bend/break then the wheel will...

Or I could just stop hitting things and learn how to drive...........

NAW......

BTW I'm hoping to get the kit and build it for the ROAR Region 2 outdoor electric onroad race at Track 301 on August 25th. This track is made for nitro 1/10th and 1/8th with a 300 foot back straight away... They held the ROAR 5th scale race and it had plenty of room... They change the track for electic cars at the cut over at the start ans end of the straight away. It's a massive speed track with long bending turns...

Go here and see it... http://www.301raceway.com/

Who knows, but SIR is doing the same thing, I am not thrilled about it as I was just getting use to the Asphault but it will be cool to learn about running on carpet

Brian if you raced as much as you type then we would be able to leave the carpet..... j/k

We are putting carpet in as it seems much of the NW wants their assfault outside and their rug munching inside.

Should make for some interesting changes. The plan is to pull carpet after the Winter season is over.

Your right, I do need to get down there more, which is why I took this month off to catch up on some bills.

Now if Jason would post less and work more..than the car could get out quicker...
Well that doesn't really effect me, but the new rear pod would help a bit...LOL

Going to try the asphalt setup this Saturday, will let you all know how I fair...

But since I haven't raced much lately Im a little rusty....I am sure it will all come back to me...LOL

Oh I already upgraded to the Ti axels so at least I am current minus the new rear pod. Oh was that a blantant hint....Oppps sorry...LOL

Sydewynder:

Hi,

Wow it's been quite a while!!!!!!! hope everything is great with you.
Mini is doing great. right now he's in L.A. playing video games for a living. he races when gets a chance and will be doing more this winter.
You can see him on www.thecgs.com he is on the Chicago Chimera team as Jason X right now they play Monday night for 100 G's!!!!!!!!!! on Direct TV Channel 101 at 7:00 PST.
then if they win ( I'm hoping they will) they'll go to the world's in first place.
We're not sure where they worlds will be yet. still waiting on all the other countries to finish their finals.
So he's been busy so far this summer.

BTW:

over on HobbyTalk on both onroad and offroad fourms
(G.R. thread onroad & BattleFront Gaming in the offroad thread) Kickyfast has links to Jason's last two races. (BFG is the next to the last race)
Soon we'll be back indoors running sedans and 1/12th scale. there is a new track opening up close to us so we'll run on road Saturdays and off road Sundays.
it's great to hear from you again please keep in touch.

Thanks

P.S.

Jason

Sorry for the thread HiJack
