Default peak vantage 7.5

Fyi: I bought a peak vantage 7.5 on ebay and I figured it to be 5000kv to 5200kv unloaded at 0 degrees timing. The acceleration and braking is awesome. Very strong magnets. I did the 5 second finger test on the motor as I did not race and it always passed the test pack after pack.

My Orion 10.5 motor is running at 140F gearing at 4.40FDRm w/ Mamba ESC, I dont know if this is what some of you are running it at? W/ other systems like GTB and 10.5, they run at 5.30-5.5 FDR...track is 140X70

first outing with the 3.5/mamba esc combo started with a 8.41 fdr it was great for the first run made runtime (5min races) second run got gready decided to go to 7.98fdr and fell short of runtime this is a very big track
300ft straight VERY FLOWING just trying to get more speed on the straight.motor temp was 158f esc 180f still has room for improvement.

3.5 is really thirsty
You can gear a 4.5 longer, but i dont think the rip is comparable to the 3.5. Try lowering the timming, removing drag brake and be gentle on the throtle

BTW, 180F seems high... whats the airtemp?
