Actually, the design allows to use 4,5 or 6 cells rules, so now you can see the 6 cells scheme, with servo on the right side (not mounted on the picture).

If the pinon/spur is like traditional, how to make pinon/spur 90degree cross?

Or motor isn't mount like belt-drive but like traditional shaft-drive?

There is no spur gear mounted on the car. If you look closely you will see that the spur gear and pinion is layed out on the table.

From the looks of it, it seems that it doesn't have a traditional "pinion on spur" transmission. Behind the batteries (4) you can see a blank aluminium piece which holds a pinion and is connected to the spurgear. Somewhere between the motorshaft and the aluminium piece should be a drivetrain connection which can't be seen.

@ number_one, just take a few pictures the next time you see it, there's already a picture made of it so it doesn't matter anymore! :sneaky: :p

Maybe the new design is based on the Spur and Pinion looking something like this: :D

The prototype is in the center (white car). On the left the driver finished second with Xray t2'007 and right Tamiya 415 MSX finished third.
