Darkseid,
How is that ARM chassis working for you?
How have you fastened those cells?
Did you do any mods to the chassis itself?
I like the look of the ARM chassis, as well as the price.
I was just wondering if it perfoms as well as the high
dollar C/F fibre chassis'?
Does the G10 give it more flax?

Hi all,
Do any of you guys run your cars at the local carpet track? We have been running a stock motor 5-cell at TCHR. It rocks. Three 6-minute qualifiers and a ten-minute main! It is getting really big and there are more cars every week. I am running a 150WB C5R and am using Dynamite High-traction carpet tires and the kit fronts. I have not modfied the chassis at all( no slots) and it hops a little under cornering, but otherwise is pretty dialed. What do you guys use on Ozite carpet? Has anyone else tried this? It has a tendency to push, but it comes right back when you get off of the throttle. Let me know
Wheel on!

the hot carpet setup here, last winter, was kit front tires with medium front tires on the rear, almost everybody ran some sort of pan chassis, mostly ARM since he is a local. this was with 5-6 cells and speed 300 motors

Um, we just got in a shipment of AE86, JGTC NSX, and FD bodies for the Micro RS4. So I figured I'd dust mine off and paint up a new body! This is probably the closest I'll get to owning an AE86 until I can finish up my money pit 240SX... It's DORIFTO TIME!!!

Something new...something VERY fun...
Yup, Battle Micros. Let's just say this has become an obsession...rules have been formed and there are now 5 contestants. New cars are being built at this very moment.
The first run was pretty fun. Lots of hitting but not much damage. It was a spur of the moment thing and we didn't have much to work with. The next session will be totally different.

Hey, I just picked up a micro for my son (OK, and me) to play with and wanted to know what options are needed and what are reccomended. The plan is for him to practice with it and me to occationally race it (whenever the 1/10th scale car gives me time). I've heard about cutting the rear chassis for more suspension travel, but haven't seen any more info...and should I even bother or just get a graphite chassis? Do the diffs NEED to be replaced? What cells should I be getting? I can make a TC dance, but I don't know anything about the micros (yet). Any help or suggestions will be appreciated...
