thanks about it... the R2 is just more balanced and stronger...(not that the R1 was weak) but it's not that hard to make a R1 in to a R2... minor little things....also.. there are a few aftermarker chassis that are even better balanced than the R2 normal one for the R1....EXCEL is one and K-models is the other..

Just for your guys info. I figured that the yokomo pin and set screw for the R2 CVD's are a perfect match.

I did get the car going and during my 1st practice run I glitched on the sytraight right into the wall and broke my front shock tower gonna take the XXXTRA out and go with the XXL

Hey for you So.Cal cuda brothers Im using the #2 HPI piston are you guys using 30w oil for the rear? Thanks. Seemed like I wasent getting enough rebound but rebuilding them to see what happens. Thanks.

Most people are using #2 pistons with 40wt in all 4 corners.

Hi Guys,

Sorry if it seems like I'm MIA (missing in action). I was out all weekend at the Tamiya Nationals Had a lot of fun with F201 cars. They are definitely a handsful to drive. Anyway, back to the cuda stuff Our RCCA review is coming out in the Jan. issue, which is on sale on 11/25th. Be sure to check it out!
