Havent messed around with the green inserts, but Dave got me hooked on the blue ones. And you are right, I love the pink goodies!

Gear cover I found were just a little too annoying. They do keep a lot of grit out, I race on some fairly gritty surfaces outdoors, but they do let the occasional stone in which can get stuck between teeth. You then have to dismantle half the car to find out what is binding in your drive train, or to do something else like change spur gears. I now run without them and yes I have problems with the small bevel gears looking a little chewed after a days racing but they don't need replacing, the diff gears hold up a lot better. You get a few more small gritty stone stuck in the teeth of the bevel gears but you can easily spot them and use a screw driver to flick them out in seconds.

RE: Pinky
Very nice work Dave...RM can we call that car Mr. or Mrs. Floyd
Dave ....Wish you Were Here
KORacer, as for springs, it seems like stock is a good baseline with te Alex springs 1.4x6.00, you can pick u a few lighter, and a few heavier. So far that's all I've used.

Made the PLUNGE!!!
I have been reading this thread for couple of weeks and you guys have convinced me to try it out. Thanks JDM_DOHC_SiR
for your help I really appreciate it. I just placed a big order with speedtech and hope to have the car and the other hopups next week. As for the aluminum shaft holders I figured I needed 2,one for the front and one for the rear. I also ordered the pal system and also the ball studs so I can adjust the rear toe. I still need to order some springs and sway bars so I need a little help. I am going to be running on ozite carpet with foams and a 19 turn motor. The track is sometimes technical with a lot of turns and fairly smooth. Actually here is the site where I race and just click on the indoor pictures to get a liitle idea what I mean. www.ajsraceway.com. Sorry for the long post i'll shorten it for now on. Thanks

anyways,
I have info on it, well because I own one here in the states. Actually a fellow racer of mine and I both have one, I think the only two in the states. Shipped to my door, took 2 weeks, and cost 340 USD. I have had mine for about 3 months. I like it, I just bought the GFX at the electric onroad Nats, and I like it better, except for the size.
If you are just interested, email me, and I will answer any questions you have.
