Yokomo MR-4TC SD
wats a wide front? wat upgrades would u guys recommedn me to buy first?
they are talking about a wide front bumber. it makes it harder to break front end pieces. as far as upgrades. just build it and run it, worry about the bling bling later.
haha i will, but i wana get an estimate downhow much its gona cost me to run a full option SD.

I just bought a MR-4TC SDW last week and am awaiting the last few items to have it running. I was out of the hobby for just over 10 years and found this car at my LHS, couldn't resist! So here I am looking to find out as much as possible about the setup from those with experience with this car or the other SD cars. All I can say is this is a fantastic quality car and I expect it will run as good as it looks/builds.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin

I wager you and I will both not be able to drive to the full ability of even the weakest SD out there.
With proper tuning all of them can be just as fast as each other.

For a few that is not aware, unless you are Masami,or very confident on your driving, don't use those aluminium drive shafts from SDW. Sorry, that means you need to spent extra on some steel or titanium drive shafts. Those from SDW will not survive a hit to the board, especially the front.

everything fit perfect on mine also, one thing though, they don't give you one extra of anything i.e. e clips etc, so don't lose any.
as far as the difference in the cars go, i am way faster with the cgm then i ever was with the ssg. the track i normally run on has about 8ft lanes, with very few if any "hard" sections.
http://fantasyworldracing.home.att.net/ search around for track pictures you'll see what i mean. i think the HPI race has the best picture of the whole area, as far as the worlds i don't know, will find out tomorrow or sunday.
parrotgeek, from what i have heard, the kit setup works pretty good.

RaySpeed CVD's
Looks really beefy and strong? Has anyone used these?
QUESTION: I plan on using a spool but the Yok C-hubs goes as high to only 4degrees. How can I achieve 6 degrees upfront?

wats better pro 4 or ssg/black?
i think you'll get an obvious answer on this topic
hahahaah tru that. i cant wait till i get my black. oh yea ive noticed the design of the mr4tc sd is very well made. teh front and rear transmission case and lower suspension arms are the same. the car is very universal in the back and teh front. i give YOKOMO 2 thumbs up of this design. so much more simpler and very well design ed. wow. kudos for yokomo once again. anybody else wana comment on yokomo's mr4tc sd design?
