When you get a chance, can post up how the fit and if any mods have to be done. With the 3200lipos its a little tight on the rear bulk head. Just wondering how the 4800 will fit before I get one, since its a block.

You have to sand precut slots down but after it fits very nice.

Well I can tell you the 4800's from Peak/orion do not fit. It will either take a redesign of the plactic hard case or major work of the rear bulk head and top plate.Since I don't think that will happen I'll have to order a new 3200 and sell the 4800.Oh well back to the drawing board.

I found it was actually the counter sunk screw head not the bulkhead material. I replaced the counter sunk screw with a round head screw and problem went away!

Hey guys, quick question.
On the manual - option parts page, there is an item "outer hinge pin spacers". Where and when do you use those? What adjustments uses these outer hinge pin spacers? I just built my PHI and can't figure out what this option is for, eventhough its not included in kit.
I was gonna order some "inner hinge pin spacers" than I saw the "outer spacers".
Thanks in advance.

My guess, Correct me if I'm wrong.
I believe the outer hinge pin spacers are used to remove any movement of the carriers and spindles inside the arm. Stops the forward backward movement.
Hope I'm right and that this helps
