Todd, the idea is that you can make fine adjustments to the roll center by slightly raising and lowering the link angle using shims under the ball stud on the hub side. The uprights that come with the Phi and the RDX you have a series of fixed holes with no fine-tuning capability.

Can someone tell me what lb springs are in the black spring kit and silver spring kit, I have searched the forums as well as the corally sites and cant find a definitive answer.

I don't know the what the silver set is .... but the black kit has 12.5, 14.5, 17.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 24.0.

Nope no sarcasm mate just saying thanks for the info. What is the PPD lipo plate you are talking about and where can I get one? Thanks

Did you check if the pinion screw is out?
#2067
I think that a lot of Phi's make this noise when new, as mine did too. I have a theory that it is the pins that nail down the lay shaft cogs sliding to the lowest point in their groove.

That is common in the car. The c clip on the layshaft causes the noise. Try bending it so it doesn't have the twist in it or use the rubber O-ring as a replacement.

Try this link. I didn't use the side plate because it threw the balance way off on my car. I did add some tungsten plates to the inboard side of the battery though and the car balances perfectly.
