I personally have a Ko Propo Mars because it has a very nice feeling grip, A very nice balanced feel, and tons of features while still being fairly easy to use. The M8 is super easy to use and has lot's of room for your hand. The High end futaba's like 3pj and 3pk have awesome grips. They fit your hand perfect if it's big enough. They are a bit clunky though. The 3pk is a bit heavier. They seems to be a bit more complex. The JR R-1 just seems heavy, but other wise it's a feature packed radio. I haven't seen or used a multiplex yet...but they look cool.

I also had several opportunities to hold the Multiplex Radios in my hands. They are very light and might be a very decent Radio, but have a very Cheap feel and Toy like look up close.
Just a comment, not trying to bash anyones taste in Radio systems.

I see, every radio seems tempting, but it's the price that really counts for me. So right now I'm just looking for something good and a good bargain Anyone has the new Airtronics Mx-3? Is it good? and Cole let's just forget the whole thing never happened! I'm sorry too for taking it the wrong way!

Futaba 3PK I think has almost everything in it. Style and ergonomics makes it unique plus its digital features. There are tons of options on what to adjust. I enjoy it despite on its a little heavy side.

That MX-3 looks sweet !

I haven't tried it, but according to the Airtronic WEB, it seems very promising. It's in the same class as KO EX-11 and Fut 3PDF. I've tried both of those. I'll try and list the differences:

Airtronic MX-3:
* Large and good display with very good overview. 5 model memory. No model naming.
* Sound can be turned on and off.
* No ABS.
* 3-ch TX/RX.
* AUX-button and D/R button aint the most handy.
* Mechanical ATL.
* Incl. standard servo.
MX-3

KO Propo EX-11 Presto:
* Small display. Model naming. 3 model memory.
* ABS.
* Smallest reciever (approx. 5 grams/0,3 oz ligther).
* 4-ch TX, 2-ch RX (optional module for 4-ch RX or use an Hitec 4-ch RX).
* Direct setting.
* Handy AUX-button and D/R button.
* 3 programmable buttons.
* No mechanical ATL.
* No servos.
Presto

Futaba 3PDF:
* Small display. Model naming. 3 model memory.
* No ABS.
* 3-ch TX + RX.
* Handy D/R and AUX button.
* 3 programmable buttons.
* Mechanical ATL.
* Comes packed both with and without standard servos.

All in all, they are pretty close.

The grip test are important !

Next to that, I'll say the MX-3 is the easiest to use because of the good display. It also got the coolest look and 5 model memory.

If you plan on heavy use of the extra channels, the 2 others are better due to button layout and adjustability.

The 3PDF have a nice feel of quality and model naming.

The Presto got the smallest RX, 4 CH option, ABS, model naming and direct setting.

Maybe you would like to check out the MX-3 manual.

If you get the MX-3, then I'll suggest you trade the servo for a high speed type. It'll cost you a little extra, but this is way more important than an expensive radio. The faster the steering servo, the quicker the reaction you'll get.

EX-11: Wasn't there.

The servo with the MX-3 cost 15$. I would strongly recommend you trade that servo for one like the Hitec HS-525. If you take the best version with metal-gears, it'll total (MX-3+525) be around 120$ at Tower. Nice combo, with high value for money. This is what I personally would do. A fast servo feels soooo nice and will definately suit your XXX-S. HS-525 data

By the way, I got the EX-11 myself. I really like it, but if it just had that MX-3 display, it would be cool...

I agree. However, feature-wise, they seem very interesting. Also they got this fast-response system. Pricing seems fair.
