Hopefully the RPM ends will not develop the play the CRC ones did.

We'll see how it does.
Did these work for you? I to have some slop in my ball cups. I was also worried about this causing unpredictable results in the car. Keep us posted on how they are working in your races.

OK, an update to the lower arms... I've now broken one (even with my big old bumper on). 2 other drivers broke last week as well. Come to think of it, every Gen-X racer at my club has broke at least once in the last 4 weeks. The material CRC chose is too brittle.

I like that front end. Killer adjustability, we haven't broken any. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Been dependable for us.

I think I'd prefer a crossbrace.

I think the new front end helps the car handle VERY smoothly. However I believe it is too brittle as well (lower arm). we have 5 at our track now and EVERYBODY has broken at least once. One of the guys even broke (2) just threading the whole with the included ss screw. Has anybody else done that?

but again, it does handel very well. IMO.

Nope--tapped mine with a 8-32 tap during assembly. Went together smooth as can be, just like all my front ends.

Then sold it without running it

Where are the front arms breaking? What sort of barriers are you using? What is happening when they are breaking? We've had 2 at our track (one of which has been running since the first batch of GenX) and I've yet to see an arm break.
