Depending on your track layout, I would rather have a faster car in the infield than on the straight. My losi is just about the same, and I can pass more people on the infield than I can on the straight away.

Just my .02

Thanks
Chris

Does anybody run the RCD's as front drives instead of the LCD's. Will they work? Would there be any major disadvantages that a fairly new guy would notice?

the LCD drive shafts were made to take the torque of a spool and foam tires without binding, but since they killed foam tire racing () its not such a big deal. If you really want to run a different drive system, you can probably get away with it.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for losa1233. The bushings for the upright. Lost one in a crash at a race this weekend. Horizon doesn't stock them anymore. Any ideas on a replacement?
Thanks

Anyone still running the car? Took mine off the shelf from Vegas 2010 and hit the track yesterday. Put a few runs in with a standard pack and then tried a shorty with the steel tray. Felt better and turned better times. Only got 1 pack in with the shorty, as the speedo let out the smoke. Looking to do more testing this weekend with a new speedo and motor.

I run a pair of them. Ive only been racing a year though. I don't use a steel plate in any TC class though, but I did in VTA to meet weight. Ill probably continue to run this car for another year as long as parts continue to be available.

I didn't see them in stock there either. Maybe I am overlooking them but stormer doesn't list that part on their site.

I've run several different 200mm bodies on mine (mostly for VTA).

On another note I have acquired a lightly run Type R that I'm looking to sell and will be posting on RCtech once I get some pictures taken. If I remember correctly it has a metal battery tray and a NIP spur adapter along with a few spare parts. PM me if interested before I post it for sale.
