So whats the hot new ESC? Is SPX really behind?

Pulled the car off the shelf today and spun the diffs.. still like new. Shocks feel like i built them yesterday.

Inch of dust

perhaps this weekend.

MIGHT try to get up with Martin Crisp for some asphalt racing before the summer is out..

otherwise= Gate Opener is the day. Theyre usually around 2nd weekend in september. I need a spool.. a lipo tray.. possibly a chassis as mine has a stress crack.

gotta paint. I hate painting.

Mike Haynes, the setup you had on your car for the East Coast Race of Champions, is it the same setup you had for the Memorial Day Weekend race you went to at Jackson? Also, the X-ray springs, what rate are they when compared to the Losi springs?

Default tekin rs ESC

Looking for opinions on which side to place the tekin rs ESC on.. left or right side of chassis?

I have taken to runn all my electronics up front on the left so I can run the wires short as I can. I balance the chassis with a bit of weight up front and the rest on the right hand side to counter the electronics. I find this gets my down to the lower weights limits these days and has very good front/rear weight balance.

You have any pics of your layout Dragon? Sounds like you have it dialed on weight and component placement on the chassis. I am looking for a good reference for sorting my chassis layout. Thanks.

SOmeone needs to sort him out with the FF layshaft! Can't understand why he isn't running the spool up front either... and JR's! Must be some unusual conditions.

Pics of my layout which is a little messy as I am playing with it at the moment but I am sure I will keep it. I have 20g in the bumper and this gives me 50/50 f/r and 50/50 l/r (when the personal transponder is in). I am going to remove on of the rear fans as this speedy has removed the need for so much cooling.

I have it on good autority that Lucas likes to use the slipper spool in mod, simply to stop him going through outdrives left right and centre....

I know that he has ran them back to back and he will tell you to just get the X-ray springs.
