Motor Tips

Well.... this forum has millions of posts and a search function. What let you to do some own research?
Not to be rude but your question is just too simpel because there are several types of onroad cars like touring 4wd, Fronti, pancar, GT (1/10 and 1/8) etc.
Regarding motors, do you want to race or bash? With racing there is a high chance you have a limited choice.

As a beginner, pick a stock slower motor (21.5, 25.5, etc). The best tip is practice. Motor details come later.
Best RC advice I ever got.:
Expert: How wide is the track?
Me: 6 feet or so.
Expert: No, it's 1 foot wide, it's called "The Racing Line", and if your not in it, slow down and get in it.
Enjoy the hobby.
