Small snippet of information on the Tonisport pre-order page. No carbon chassis option.

The car and Volker looked to be on a whole other level at the Mibo race this past weekend.

I can’t wait for all to see this car. It’s gonna out sell everything on the market once revealed

That or the Elceram esc is far from the LRP. Half a lap maybe esc :)

That said waiting to see and will probably buy it.

I think it has to do with the fact that the mi9 is no longer a new platform and volker is no longer using a 5yr old design. Plus this Robert's third 1/10th ep. He seems like he has figured the class now just like with his 1/10th gp cars that work really good.

Again, I have zero skin in the game and I have zero intention of buying elceram's speedo (too big, wires non accessible, etc...) - but Michal won the ETS in Daun pretty convincingly with that speedo 2 weeks ago in front of that same Volker... I doubt that the speedo is the issue here if any. It's more than Volker has upped his game and the MTC3 appears to be a seriously fast car, at least in the factory guys' hands :)

The trouble is that it will likely come out at the same time as Infinity's new car... the timings couldn't be any worse :D

Infinity will be a copy cat of the x4, mtc3 is going to outsell every brand

these are two very bold statements :D I honestly don't care who outsells who, but I love your passion!

MIBO is one of the main distributors for Yokomo, Mugen, Schumacher in the EU and these drivers come here mainly for marketing reasons. The release date of the new chassis is just around the corner.
I don't want to discredit the quality of the drivers, but I'm worried that they didn't take it more like a vacation. Apart from the first three, the rest were more or less local racers...
Unfortunately, it's the least important race of the year.

Only thing that seem to be visible is the motor through the fender and the rear a arms from under the bumper, which it almost looks like the rear a arms are joined into one piece and solid mounted? Rather than one each side on a ball mount. Wonder if they're possibly using the flex of the arm as their spring? Or maybe the suspension is all at the kingpin similar to the front of 1/12 cars?
