Just a heads up and maybe it has been said in the past. I ordered some 3-racing shock towers for the 416 because it would give me more shock position holes. The mounting holes are the same for both cars. However it does come with a trade off. The holes are about 3-4mm lower then the evo towers. So if you want to run them you will need shorty springs otherwise you will be 4x4'en.
First picture shows 3 racing on the bottom. The front shock tower has 7 holes vs 5 where the back ones both have 6 but holes are closer together. The 2nd pic is showing the difference of height for the holes. (Not a great picture but you should be able to see the height difference.)

Just wondering how free you guys have been able to get your drivetrain. I'm at about 12 seconds of spinning on both EVO's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4utaid0l3Q

Travis, have you removed the middle bearing of the rear tranmission? i.e. the front bearing in the trans housing.
I've always removed this bearing as its not really needed what with the motor layshaft bearing being there.
This will free up the drivetrain no end as there is less bind and drag on the rear input shaft.

shimming, ceramic bearings on the drivetrain... even "breaking" in the drivetrain all helps.
have you coated your gears with Sailkote?

Once again I "hear" about these 30 second spins but now a MINUTE EASILY! That is a bold claim! However, I have never seen a video backing it up. I am not saying it can't be done, but I would love to see a video showing it.
