Much like our hobby it's all about the driver/rider.
you raced a zx9! Nice! I never saw any racing on the east side. I miss my old zx6r, rip.

Yep all about the skill really until you get to running w/ folks that are all about the same skill, then those extra ponies matter. I've smoke many a 1ks on the tighter tracks were braking and corner speed mattered like Barber & Jennings....at the same time I"ve been smoked by great rider on dailed 750.

Sorry for the thread jackn...back to 4 wheels.

Possibly need to free up the drive train, or the CV's are binding when going through the curves. you might try adjusting your rollcenters also and that may also help

Sounds like you need more steering. Some information about the surface and race class would help us help you

Thanks

Hi Josh,

Do you have a standard setup that you would begin with -for Rubber - Asphalt for low and medium grip tracks.

Thanks

I'll see if I can get Keven to put his latest setup on an actual sheet but until then I think this is very close.

I would try Ricks setup from the Reedy race last year.

kevins setup for 13.5 is close to his iic setup..the changes are:
rear camber link 5 a with 3mm under ball stud
rear shock oil and pistons are 57 with 30 wt white xray springs 17lbs
front shock oil and pistons are # with 60 wt, and purple xray sprins 28lbs.
i ran this in 17.5 at snowbirds..very easy to drive..wont be dissapointed..not for sure what setup he ran for mod. but it is different..thanks again kevin for the help at the birds...
