I also ordered what I need to run it in 4WD mode so I will be the guinea pig for this idea and confirm if it's truly feasible. I believe that with the 1380g limit for 4WD USGT (no limit for FWD USGT), the car can be properly balanced fairly easily for 4WD. When my FWD buddy can't make it, I'll convert to 4WD. This kit is gonna be so much fun!

I was trying to find the aluminum bits for the ULP shocks in Black, but it doesn't look like they are available yet, outside of the complete ULP Shock Black set....Not too keen on buying an entire shock set just to get 12 pieces that I want in another color.
Italicized parts don't exist yet...

I went through the same exercise but decided just to use some special paint that I have to black out the remaining 🍊 bits.

Built up and ready for some testing today. Stating with USGT spec for today and the weekend. Then I’ll swap motors to the motor and FDR our club races.

we have a 4 week Thursday night FED series about to kickoff.

I also put graphite arms on. But only so I didn’t have to have two sets of spares. Since my 4WD cars also have graphite.

This car really surprised me. Can’t wait to tinker with it more

don’t mind my missing top-deck screw

Nice!! Thanks for posting those up !! i went back and ordered the aluminum chassis as well - looks great and can't wait to try it out. Did the kit come with the SS screws or did you add those?
RCAmerica already shipped the kit and chassis so should be here Saturday. [fingers-crossed]
