Wish they made more Group 5 cars, there are many to pick from.

- Lancia Stratos
- BMW 3.5 CSL
- BMW 320i Turbo
- Lancia Beta Montecarlo

The list goes on and on.

someone used to make this, I remember seeing it at the hobby shop going back 20-25 years ago. It was before cars started having a more realistic width. It may have been Parma or Bolink.

I would love to see 60’s open cockpit race cars like the Ferrari 312P, Porsche 908 and the Alfa 33/3. They are some of my favorite slot cars and I think a group of them look awesome going around the track.

Yeah... had the same thoughts. Finally I made them by myself by homemade vacuum forming:

Porsche 908/3 Targa Florio:

Ferrari 312 P Spyder Monza 1969:

Both on a Tamiya F103 chassis

I used the 312 P Sypder mould also to make the Ferrari 312 P Coupé version from Le Mans 1969. I think RC body manufacturers could learn a lot when they would look at what bodies are available for slotracers
