Overall layout looks very similar to the DEX410v5. Even more so if they are going to have a slipper center diff. Regardless - looks amazing. Love my DEX410v5... but it's one downside is the relatively high center of gravity from the tall placement of the center diff. Looks like AE has lowered everything down into the chassis nicely.

Now they can work on the 4WD Short Course truck as a competition level kit. Would be a perfect 3rd class for the 1/8 racing tracks for me.

Not going to happen.

Rumor that kits went out to FT guys. Would that mean public sales will be sooner than Jan 1, 2017?

the factory guys had their b6's in April and the public got them around July 11th so its hard to say.

So given that and assuming the rumor is true that FT guys get their kits this week February seems like a good guess... uuuuugh.

Its hard to say, the b5 was announced on Christmas day and my rear motor shipped on 01-31. About a month later. Mid motor was a couple months after that. Recently the TC 7.1 was available the day it was announced on the AE site.
