Our local track is astro. im currently running 5k 2 gears but we have our next race on dirt and i dont want to buy a ball diff just for single race.

Definitely thinner. Might want to go to the stand-up transmission as well, depending on the traction level.

Try 1k with 2 gears to start. If your car is loose exiting corners on power, go thinner. If you need more on power steering, try 2k.

Glad I could help. Toss the shocks on the rear of the arms and put the long eyelets on as well.

I run the Cav EOS setup and it is really good. It is the last setup sheet on AE site for the b6. If you run 17.5 don't use the battery weights. I also have not done any of the Ti upgrade$.

It will be 25 to 50 grams under weight depending on your electronics. Personally I prefer the alum front bulkhead and both steel plates. Get the alum D plate and put this setup on it.

Team Associated B6 - Kazuki Sasatsu - Yatabe Arena - 21.08.2016

Its close to stock but carries more corner speed. You won't need that thick of shock oils though as that setup was developed in 95deg weather. The kit oils will be fine.

Do you run the RP springs in place of the orange/blue AE springs listed on the setup sheet?

That's where I started. There are some other changes to my car though as it evolved along the way. Couple guys at my track still run there cars with this setup and really like it.

The first springs I tried where the red/green yatabe, then I moved to the RP.

I'm going to try the RP purple fronts and black rears tomorrow to compare them to the RP orange setup I currently run.

Not a huge rate change but it should be noticable. The steps are much finer between springs. I think there was around .5lb difference from purple to green.

I have it written down will post it later.

What is the benefit of running aluminum rear hubs and 67mm bones over stock parts? I understand the better angle geometry but do you gain anything in terms of handling?
