Guys,
I took my rear body post and boil it for 15 mins to help soften it up and also run velcro to help support the body, also on the front lower pivot ball replace the "c"clip with a 1mm washer like the Mugen this will give more support from twisting the lower pivot ball this stuff might help.

I just took the rear body post one more step by rubber mounting it ...... I removed the rear chassis brace then remove the body post from the brace with the two screws then take the body post with a dremmel and sanding roll and lightly remove some plastic around the post that sticks down into the brace you need to do this to give the post some room to move. Then I found four small orings that fit around the screws two that you will drop in the hole in the brace and the other two will fit under the front of the body post I needed to fine a little longer screw for the rear. The body will sit up a little higher but the post will have some give to it. Just an idea I have not yet run the buggy but I will report back if this does not work.

Just use the Mugen pivot ball washers or fine a big diameter wash in place of the c
"c" clip with the washer you can tighten down the pivot ball tight if the pivot ball gets a side load on it will have less of a chance of ripping out of the lower arm because of a bigger foot print ( the washer)spreading the load.

lol cool. I'll see what I got that is similar.

Is there any special coning, etc to the washer or is it just a straight washer? and if so, whats are the dimensions, may have something in the pit box.

Interested to hear how much better (if any) the new car is compared to the V1 & 2? I had both previous versions and liked them alot! Anyone that came from those as well, can you please tell me your feelings on the new car. Don't care about layout/appearance, just handling/racing characteristics. Thanks....

They work. I already did this. The Mugen arm simply needs a very thin shim on the hinge pin to take up some slop. I know, I did it. Just do both sides as there is a MICRO difference between the two that will make you have to fine tune you camber and toe. MICRO difference. The upper arms work as well! So do the u-joint outdrives and the pivot ball and hub assemblies.
