The carbon battery strap of the x-ray T2 007 is working very well.

If you are running mod here is what I do.
Take the gear cover off and have both tires on the car.
Holding the right rear tire and the spur gear in one hand, turn the left tire until something gives. Looking at the top shaft while you do this, if the top shaft does not move when the left tire gives your slipper is tighter then your diff and this is BAD!!!!
Either tighten the diff or loosen the slipper until you can pass this test. Always make sure the slipper gives before the diff does, ALWAYS!
A good bench setting for the slpper is to hold both tires tightly to the table and then with a frest battery in the car, punch the throttle. The front tires should come off the table about 1-2 inches and then fall back to the table as the slipper gives. The front end does not lift the slipper is too loose, the front end does not fall back to the table it is too tight.
After adjusting the slipper MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE DIFF SETTING if you tighten the slipper.
This is good advice for what ever brand of car you use with a ball diff.
Granted this only works with a 2wd car.
With a 4wd I test the slipper/diff the same way but will just make sure the slipper is tight enough to not give too much to take away acceleration. Haven't found a another good way to do this setting. Everytime I set the slipper to the kit setting (measure distance per the manual) it is on the pretty loose side and needs to be tightened about half a turn.

Hi folks!
I have a little question about the Zx-5 SP future availability, hope someone can answer ..
Will the Zx-5 sp still be available the next year ? Or will it be replaced by the FS kit and became an out of production item ?
(I'm just planning my Christmas purchases ...)
Bye
