I think I covered everything, let me know is you need to know anything else specific
I run my belt fairly loose and it doesn't slip, if you're running the belt a bit tight you could get some more speed from loosening it.

I find the car awesome, jumps really well, agile but seems easy to drive.

How's the KF been working on medium or high bite clay indoor and outdoor tracks?

my K1 needs a companion. But KR is for consideration too.

one more thing...I built my shocks with full rebound...a tip I got from a fast guy at my track who also runs one of these...and it works.

Let me know if you have any questions or I missed something.

Thats interesting, never tried any rebound in my shocks before.
Are you running the rear arm mounts in the lower holes? short wheelbase?
0 degree or 5 degree caster blocks upfront?

lower holes, one clip on each side of arm, so medium wheelbase, and 0 degree blocks. This is the first time I have ever tried full rebound and it drove fine

Is anyone running any brass or lead weight between the saddle packs on this car? I'm in the process of making something up to help on lower grip tracks. I hope to get some more track time with this car since I've only ran about 3 batteries thru it. The car felt great with slicks on our local track, but I'm curious to hear how it's doing running full tread tires on clay or dirt. Thanks

I have some problems with step 4. The plastic rings that snaps on the pulley, want go on easy if you install them as in the manual. If you put them on the other way they snap on easy. Not sure what to do?

When I put mine together I faced the same thing. I rolled a strip of sand paper and spun the rings on my pinky finger. Now don't do to much because you still want it to be tight, so a spin a little bit and test if it goes on.

You want them tight. be careful about taking material off since I have
had the fences pop off the pulley.

I run a scalpel blade round the inside edge to give it a little chamfer and they go on a bit easier
