Schumacher Cougar KF 1/10th Competition 2WD

The new Cougar KF is a professional, high performance 2WD racing buggy that has been designed especially for high traction carpet and astro circuits. The key feature of the KF is its forward motor position that makes the car more responsive than traditional designs.
The Cougar KF is equipped with a low maintenance gear diff, efficient belt drive, industry standard 12mm hex front and rear wheels, lightweight carbon fibre chassis and Big Bore Shocks to soak up the bumps.
It also now sports Schumachers new aggressive stealth black look, first seen on the superb CAT K1 4WD.

The new Cougar KF from Schumacher Racing, leading from the front.

Due Mid/End November.

KF

Can't wait! Love the fact that it comes with the carbon chassis! Shock tower covers are awesome as well! This thing will be super easy to maintain and change setup on.

I can't wait until mine shows up! Hopefully I'll be the first one in Michigan to get one :D

So the shock tower covers are interesting...is that something that is encouraged in Europe or something? In the video he comments on how it is safer for the track as well as the car. I assume this is in reference to the shock mounting screws catching on the carpet in a crash.

Yep, carpet is pretty prone to rip when ammo mounting screws and nuts hit it.
The new shock tower covers looks perfect to reduce this kind of damage..

No company builds a better looking car than Schumacher does. They build the coolest looking cars and even better don't copy other companies designs. Very trick looking buggy.

Hi wyd,

I agree with you.
My question now is : when will they produce a 1/8 electric offroad ?
I know they are knowed especially for the electric classes, then I can understand they don't want to try again like they did with the swift, not very popular.
And has you said, they don't copy other companies, but if one day, they want to try the belt driven solution for 1/8 offroad electric, I think they are the better brand for this special job.
Bye !
