I do the same and had my battery all the way forward for quite awhile. The D413 has so much front grip it always felt like it was dragging the back around with it. So I just recently move the battery all the way back and really like how it balanced out the grip. Just something to try.

Finally got some track time with my new Schelle Racing +4mm chassis. So far I like it a lot. Since the extra length is in the front, it calms down the too-aggressive steering the car has normally. Car is now actually the same wheelbase as my 2w buggy. Less over-aggressive weight transfer to the front when coming hard into the turns, so the front doesn't grab suddenly and snap oversteer. Easier to drive harder, the suspension doesn't get all out of shape from getting on the gas hard, like it did on the stock chassis. And it doesn't add 100g to the weight of the car.

check to make sure you have the orange 1mm spacers between the gearbox and the arm mounts. without them the arms will rub against the gearbox.

pretty obvious at this point that you have some bone to pick with marcus. you put him on blast for helping customers with his products, but then you feel it's ok to slam him (after he's stayed out of this thread).
rcshox makes very good products that many racers are happy with and have had success with. yes, he makes aftermarket parts for rc's. yes, he expects to make money with his business. you don't like his products? don't use them. you say marcus "gouges" his customers, but a quick look shows that he charges $13 for a set of 4 pistons. the other company that was mentioned in this thread (visionracingproducts) charges $18. yet you call marcus out for "gouging"

But thanks for the compliments i really appreciate it, some people just dont understand how the real world works. He is not the first nor will he be the last so it really does not bother me.

Just ordered the kit with a few option parts and truly appreciate current owners feedback and designer support throughout this thread. After only racing Onroad for the past 2 years, I'm looking forward to getting back to some Offorad racing. Considering all the great choices avaialable these days, the D413 looks to be the clear choice for getting the total package in a 10th scale 4WD Buggy.
