I do the same and had my battery all the way forward for quite awhile. The D413 has so much front grip it always felt like it was dragging the back around with it. So I just recently move the battery all the way back and really like how it balanced out the grip. Just something to try.

Finally got some track time with my new Schelle Racing +4mm chassis. So far I like it a lot. Since the extra length is in the front, it calms down the too-aggressive steering the car has normally. Car is now actually the same wheelbase as my 2w buggy. Less over-aggressive weight transfer to the front when coming hard into the turns, so the front doesn't grab suddenly and snap oversteer. Easier to drive harder, the suspension doesn't get all out of shape from getting on the gas hard, like it did on the stock chassis. And it doesn't add 100g to the weight of the car.

I'm going to try some more kick up Saturday, I've been running 1&3 pin braces up front. Now Im at 1&2 it should give less turn in and more on power steering out of the corner

So I took the front arms off so I can try to find out why the arms are not free. The pin in the arm alone is free. Now when I put the pins thru the blocks and thtu the pins it tightens up. Even without the nut on the pin. I don't know what could be making it bind.

check to make sure you have the orange 1mm spacers between the gearbox and the arm mounts. without them the arms will rub against the gearbox.

Torrance....have you tried forward arm sweep on the car? I run it and like it a lot, it seems to make it more aggressive on turn in.

Same here and it scaled better with the battery back all the way.

Damned if i do damned if i dont.......
But thanks for the compliments i really appreciate it, some people just dont understand how the real world works. He is not the first nor will he be the last so it really does not bother me.

I currently have it on my car but I haven't been able to go to the track in months.

I added 1mm to the front / rear arm mount to add some forward sweep to the front arms...and it definitely seems to have more off power turn in.

Just ordered the kit with a few option parts and truly appreciate current owners feedback and designer support throughout this thread. After only racing Onroad for the past 2 years, I'm looking forward to getting back to some Offorad racing. Considering all the great choices avaialable these days, the D413 looks to be the clear choice for getting the total package in a 10th scale 4WD Buggy.
