From the first page:

Shock Caps
Seems like the only thing that is causing occasional DNFs are popping the ball cup style shock cap. There are multiple reports of people having good luck with the plastic caps from the Team Associated B5 #91445 (Standoffs) and #91449 (Composite Caps).
Aluminum HB caps are designed, prototypes tested, and production quantities on order -

You'd probably want the 120A version of the Reventon, which I believe is the Pro and costs about $150

I'm using a HW 120A 2.1 ESC with a 7.5 and works great and got it for $80

I don't think there's been any updates on this yet and might be quicker to buy the Serpent ones. Another roption would be to PM "T" and ask him for an update. Too bad Proline didn't make these, they would have made a killing on them.

I think Ty has a really good chance next year with a 4wd buggy worlds title. My only question is: Will they be racing on astro turf or Clay? I think the Arena is astro. If so? How good is d413 on astro?

Yatabe actually want to run the worlds on Astro but the current IFMAR rules dont allow that. There is going to be a vote soon to allow a non dirt surface to be used at the worlds. Lets hope that the vote is a NO and the worlds remain on dirt where it belongs. Yatabe has great dirt under that astro.
Onto the astro, my friend ran at Yatabe on the weekend and struggled with his setup on the astro,he believed the centre diff was the cause.

Cheese.

i hope it's a YES!! so alle kit companys like HB, TLR, Ass and so on can make there kit's also to be good on astro track because alle kit's (not schumacher) are made for the US guys running clay/dirt etc. witch is a long way from astro and carpet as we run here in europe.

I didnt know there was dirt under the astro. I also hope it is not an astro race. If it is, Americans will be at a severe disadvantage. When ever Cav or some of the other top tier drivers go to Europe and race indoors on turf, they normally suck, lol. I am not even sure where in the US they could go work on setups and turf driving. And yeah, the center diff might be an issue. maybe with 2 million weight? lol

Its going to be interesting see which way the vote goes, as we have parts of the world, such as Europe who run mainly on Astro and then other parts of the world such as the USA who run on dirt.
I have notice Yokomo have been doing lots of astro testing.

Just google Yatabe and see the great dirt they have under that Astro. They actually hosted the worlds in 1995 with Matt Francis winning with a RC10 B2 and Mark Pavidis with a Yokomo YZ-10

Yes it will, no need to use a 120A esc. Typically a 7.5T motor will pull less than 50A under full load, thus you will have a good margin.

Didn't Carson just go over to run EOS and do quite well? Tessman runs on carpet in the winter. Honestly I think the guys will be fine no matter what happens.
