Just won a 4 week point series with my zx6. This buggy is awesome!! Easy to drive, it goes where you tell it to go. I have no complaints about it. I have only broken 1 steering knuckle in the past 2 months of running the buggy. That was a pretty big hit with a cinder block wall.

I bulletproof all my Kyosho CVDs (RB6 and ZX5) by grinding a flat on the pin where the grub screw goes, and I also clean them carefully with brake cleaner before reassembly to really make sure the Loctite does its job (you should clean the grub screw as well).

Also I don't grease the CVD during assembly, it just contaminates the Loctite and you can do this 24 hours later after it sets using spray grease or something similar. Plus I change the heatshrink every week. Hope this helps

Bezerk RC on Facebook. He doesn't have a website. He's cut towers, top deck, chassis brace and other bits. Looks like real solid pieces.

He does live in Melbourne, Australia.

I am in the process of purchasing a 4wd buggy. I am in between the HB D413 and the Kyosho ZX6. I mostly race on indoor clay. I like the innovative design of the D413, however I already have a RB6 and an RT6 and they are working very well for me. 4wd buggy is still a developing class at my home track so I don't have any examples of either car to put my hands on. Any experience with both buggys or any advice would be greatly appreciated.

but from what I have seen the zx6 is leaps in a good direction from the zx5 im still running. I have owned the b44 the dex410 and driven the Hot Boddies. I prefer the Lazer, to me it felt better in the air, and was comparable in cornering with the durango and the car is not fragile. The Durango and Associated were easy to break. HB car is very durable if not the most durable. We do not have much parts support around my area for them. I cant say anything bad about it. Two good choices. You already own some K cars though

I'm looking into this myself (and I have an RB6 and a load of ZX5 spares that will fit the ZX6) and although the other 4WDs are cheaper than the Lazer by the time you've bought all the spares and wheels again you'll have spent more money.
