I have been running 15/16 tooth with my 2000kv/4S setup and it's plenty.

I've been running 17 with my Tekin Gen2 2000kv with CL around 65 or 70. I've had no issues thus far.

IF ROAR wasnt in the picture, would yall run 6s on 1350kv motor?

Roar isn't in the picture for most racers.. pro-series, motorama, many many others allow 6s. In fact I just recently did a roll call in the north east on most of the major tracks and only one currently doesn't allow 6s and that is due to his insurance (14.8 is written in it). Every other track I called that runs 1/8 scale size allows 6s operation.

And yes it is better and only makes sense.. systems last longer, lipo's last longer it's win win. If roar got their heads out of their a$$ they would have updated this rule a few years ago. 6s is actually safer.. you don't poof packs like guys do ALL THE TIME trying to push large scale vehicles with dual 2s packs or even many 4s packs.

Or single 2S packs in 4x4 SC, that's the worst:(

most of the races here dont care about roar rules so i was going to do a 3400 hobbywing or 3300 pro4hd on 3s in my sct410 or super light conversion.

I plan to move back to the east in the next couple years, which track is that?

Yes ROAR is a bunch of @HOLES! Pro4SC should also be 3s with lower kv motors!
I might go there next season in Pro4 class!

LCRC in PA is stuck at 14.8 unless he updates his insurance.. I'm not sure why for a handful of roar races every year he would leave it. He can still allow it for all but those, but for now he choses not to.
