Default KYOSHO TRUGGY FRONT DIFF ISSUE

RCTECHers,
I'm seeking help with a weird issue...that you'd think would be an obvious/easy fix...but I can't see it! I made two YouTube videos showing what it's doing. Basically...it operates fine when the screws aren't put in...and it's even in the position that it'll be in once they are screwed in...but the second they're put in...it acts up. The part I'm talking about screwing in is the upper arm screwing in at the c-shaped housing around the hubs. The videos are only about 1 min each...please help.
Thanks, Scott

Operating fine:
+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.
