Thumbs up Camber link tuning!

Buggy feels great outdoor but in two indoor races I just can't get the steering how I want it. Nowhere near aggressive enough for me compared to my old B5m.

Slicks are the allowed tires kinda like Premier RC.

Any suggestions for a starting setup?

Already went 10w thicker in front and rear shocks and to AE Blue Springs all around. Ride height will be dropped to 16-18mm depending on the size of jumps on new layout.
Nick I'm curious about your front camber link settings... I recommend shortest possible for more aggressive initial turn in.. I had to trim the links to achieve my desired camber settings.

Well, I'm glad I ordered my kit from Rick at CRPPlus. Great customer service so far, went the extra mile with a call back after my order was shipped, after an unavoidable delay.
Thanks again Rick, you'll be getting all my extra parts orders ( may even be a wheeler order in the near future).

Just curious if anyone has a good 17.5 setup for a medium to high bite indoor track ( lots of turns...only one big air jump)
Thanks in advance,
Bill Luongo

Anyone know if the YZ-2 lid will fit the V3?

While I love the Narrow lid, the V3's lid looks like it's suffering from the same form of elephantiasis the Hyabusa does. Looks like it was forced and it really does not look good. It's so bad I might just get the YZ-2. Lol

I've seen the chassis and body up close in person. It's pretty dang awesome if I say so myself!

The YZ-2 is a great car, but nobody is going to drive that car to it's potential like Martin can. The V3 can be just as good in the right hands and Andrew has proved it at Surf City. He had very little time on the car and finished mid-pack in the A-main in stock buggy. This was after being taken out in the opening laps and coming from dead last. They had something like A-F mains and he put this car on the A grid it's first time out against some of the best. Folks were seriously tripping on how good this car looked out there. Don't get caught sleeping on this new kit!

The chassis looks amazing. It's just the lid that bugs me.

As to the rest... Nonsense. Either of the Ryans would mop the floor with either the v3 or the YZ-2, or most other top cars so don't kid yourselves.

Cars today are so closely matched in every respect that the top drivers will always look head and shoulders better than the rest. Perfect examples are Mayfield and Lutz, both switched manufacturers and both are relatively right where they've always been with very little fluctuation.

I know the quality of the PR cars which is why I own 3 but outside the v2, the rest of the kids are not visually stunning.

Having everything inline is great for stock racing as it can transition quicker but modified cars need to be able to have more chassis roll . This has also been proven in 1/12 pan cars. Im glad to see the change and also makes getting electronics in the car a little easier. The only shame is the body looks so much like a b5 body but then again now we can have more options for bodies if they fit.
