I just used the 2 screw holes you can use and shoe gooed the battery tray to the chassis. No issues yet.

Hello everyone,
does anyone know which bodies are compatible with the 3.0 Chassis? Got the 3.0 with the brushless conversion kit and was wondering which bodies may fit (Mugen etc).

Would be nice to know

Unless I am missing something your battery dimensions are 144x51x43mm according to hobbyking. Second, If you have not bought those batteries i would go with a SMC 5200 or 6700 4S. I read a review by SMC on the graphene batteries and he said theres nothing special about them. I think he even said the mah on a lot of those batteries where not even close to what they have written on them. The best bang for the buck I would say is the SMC. They perform just as well if not better than my trinity REVtech batteries ever did for half the price if not more. Also, I would not look at the C value that is all bs that companies stamp on there.

The dimensions are 165x54x44mm. Its the hard case 4s lipo.
Unfortunately im from the uk and cant find a place that sells smc lipos here!

Iv had bad luck with the cheap turnigy 4s lipos and i dont like to run 2x2s so looking for an affordable replacement as dont want to spend £££ on one lipo haha

Trays appear to be about 155mm long by 52mm wide. I would probably try to go with a different brand. Is there vampire batteries (NEO electric series name) or something to that extent? If you cant get another battery probably have to go cut the tray in half and tap new holes in the chassis.

I recently bought a Jconcepts Silencer for my 3.0 (the nitro version though with conversion kit) and unfortunately it's too tight.
So I'm going to buy a nitro body, does anyone know if the holes for the motor etc. are "pre cut"? I obviously don't need them and it would just look ugly. Or are there differences, depending on the body brand?
Maybe someon can help me

Some have cut outs, some dont.

I think a 2.0 E body will fit correctly as well? Something to look in to
