So do I need the big shim behind the big gear in diffs? Truck will be here tomorrow and gonna get it whipped together. I know we leave them out in 1/8 scales to make diff more consistent.

We leave that large washer in for the "ten" diffs.

Anyone have an issue with the sway bar assembly hitting up on the turnbuckle at full compression (when using the new #2 hole on the front tower)?

16/39 or 16/40 is what I typically run with that motor.

Casper I asked this question months ago..... Why only 1 o-ring in the lower shock body? I have to rebuild my shocks after every heat cause there is a lot of shock oil leaking out..... I have had Billy Fischer & Trevor Clement & Chris Wheeler & Chuck Hicks show me there way of rebuilding shocks. I have followed all the steps they showed me on building this shock and still leaks like a pig! I have tried the stock o-rings & the low friction o-rings also. I have 2 pair of shocks do to how bad this problem is!

I second this.. It's gotten so bad recently, I shelfed my 2.0 because I've become so frustrated with it. I leave it on my workshop bench overnight in the basement, come back the next morning and I've got oil spots on my workbench! LOL. It's currently sitting in a Tupperware tub at the moment!

and yes, I have the 'updated' shock bottoms that I called the california offices about... Even then, they only sent me one damn package of them! (just a pair!!!)

Ugh.. It's been really frustrating to say the very least... Not bad for a near $500 kit :/
