Just received the performance kit I ordered! Very nice! BUT it is set up for only saddle packs. Shorty packs require additional optional parts! DAMNIT!

Spare diff, associated spur. Machined the center and drilled holes to fit the ring gear of the diff. Shimmed and spaced to fit.

Drove a 2WD Sworkz(4WD minus diff and CVD) on astro today, the car was ballistic; I could push the car incredibly hard and it seemed more stable under heavy braking and accelerated better than the other "real" 2 wd cars
