I just used the nice blue factory one, don't understand why using the RTR, just because it may rub the shock cap? I don't mine rubs the shock cap.

Because the metal on metal contact will wear out the mount and the caps both. I don't have any idea why AE thinks that's a good idea. Probably because the blue is blingy.

even losy used plastic shock cap bushings with their metal caps. I care less if my buggy has the FT blue bling.

I've been using the BB's since the first week they aere available with the blue bushings. The caps show no sign of wear and the bushings dont show anymore wear then they did with the v2's and plastic caps.

Well crap, almost made it all the way through the build with no hiccups. Got to the rear tie rods and poof someone stole the threads.

Anyone want some un threaded tie rods.....hahaahahahaaaa

Just contact AE to get replacement. They must have changed manufactures. This is kinda silly

Why dont these kits come with the aluminum bulks heads? I cant even count how many plastic bulk heads iv cracked / shattered from not clearing jumps and nosing it in the back side in the landing. Associated B4.3 (exact same as the 4.2, BUT NOW WITH ALUMINUM BULK HEADS!) lolz

then you can break arms instead. $2 bulkhead or $8 arms.
