Car is a little sketchy powering out of corners and coming in, I even added 3 1/2oz weights to the rear to help keep it planted. Truck weighs in at 6lbs 10.5oz rtr.

Looks good man! It was really nice of them to put those other trucks out there for you to avoid LOL

I think that the Viper is GREAT!! It is very smooth with plenty of power, I just put the Viper 5k in the truck and holy **** is it fast! I have had no problems with either motor. This is on a large outdoor track with plenty of room to squeeze the throttle hard LOL

Hobbywing 4700?
Revtech 4800? 7200?

Thanks

If you are looking for monster torque and power then I would recommend the Tacon sensored 4800kv 4 pole motor found at hobbypartz.com. That motor puts out the most power I've seen and its low end grunt is brutal.

I have a LRP SXX V2 in my sc10....you think swapping that into the Tekno would help temps?

If it is the tc spec version then yes I would recommend running that over the mmp. If its just the comp then I don't think it would do well. I would stay with the 13 tooth pinion and experiment with the boost profiles. I had that setting on 2 or 3 to start and would work from there.

Wow, No way ill be able to read through all 530 pages of posts on here ha. But I did read alot so far... just random pages. All I can say is my bank account is starting to hate this hobby. Bought a Team Associated SC10rs a couple months ago to race at the local indoor clay track. Then about a month ago I bought the Team Associated Prolite 4x4... I regret that since that thing is not very good imo. and just about 10 min ago I placed an order on a new Tekno SCT410 from A Main. Im super pumped for this thing to come in! From what I have read SO FAR is that this thing is an absolute beast of a truck. Cant wait!

ps.. Will my Viper Copperhead 4500kv motor and esc work alright in this thing?? Its a little heavier than my prolite 4x4..

if that motor were ever in stock, i'd pick one up just to dissect it. i'd love to know what the rotor size is in that thing.
