Ok I'm Joining the club. Mine will be here tomorrow.

I want to order some spare stuff. What's the same between the buggy and this truck?

I ask because nitrohouse shows some buggy parts it looks like under the truck.

And ideas on a high bite indoor clay setup running slicks? At least for diff and shock oils and pistons

Thanks.

The easiest way to check this for a specific part is to go to Tekno's website. Each part lists what it is for and in what category. An example of mudguards would be listed like this: EB48 Parts, SCT410 Option Parts

I will also be joining the CLUB. Mine will be here tomorrow also. Anyone want to buy a seriously up graded SCTE ? I think I will keep both for now. Just in case I break something on the Tekno I have a backup.

I would personally suggest starting with Barry Baker's setup:

http://www.teknorc.com/tekno5/wp-con...Baker_OCRC.pdf

I would pickup stiffer springs to have on hand and be prepared to use higher oil weights, maybe the 1.1mm x 10 pistons could be worth a look too, at least, I am thinking about it lol or maybe some 8 x 1.3mm pistons like my eb48 has.

I tried the Baker setup and it was too aggressive for me. His setup will keep you honest.lol

+1 with Barry's setup... it's very aggressive and other setups would be easier to drive. If you ask Barry himself, he suggests other people setups over his for faster consistant laps.

Diffs 7f, 5c, 3r was the ticket this past weekend on a real tight slippery track. Maybe Chad might have something for us to peek at...

So these would work for spares?

And does anyone have any arms?

At 702 raceway this past weekend, he had a modified setup (not exactly sure what).... mainly shock location/oil changes (same diff oils). Chad's truck looked very good with the 7f/5c/3r diffs and same shock locations.
